I eat i would say 90% “clean food” my downfall are chocolate chip cookies! holy moly they are sex! yummy!
But i recently added a salad a day into my diet still eating 4 - 5 meals a day which includes the salad, plus a protein/macha/spirulina shake or two a day and i have seen results in my ab area and more definition in the stomach area.
